Recommend to get my car serviced in monasterevin motors by Craig Tracey in Toyota Naas, I have to say top notch service from everyone there. Loan car given and my car cleaned and I was kept in the loop all The way through the inspection by sms and email with videos and photos. Would highly recommend them. Very welcoming reception too with friendly staff through the process. Thanks to all involved.

Hi was at your garage today. Have to say the chap Ben, what a lovely young man. Its not the first time he has looked after my car. I spoke about him in the past to my sister Denise who works inside in the shop. He will always greet you with a smile. Great experience when I arranged a service recently. Text reminder sent beforehand( appreciated) Text sent during to show work that had been done, and asking for approval if further work was needed so no surprises at collection. Lovely staff at the service reception desk. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again!

Fantastic Customer Service. Couldn't have done more to sort out a major issue as quickly a possible. Replacement vehicle was made available at very short notice. Amazing staff and no shocking surprises on the invoice other than excellent value. Carol couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be returning.

I had a disaster with my work van and this company came highly recommended , had numerous bad experiences with car companies previously so my expectations were very low. To say I was blown away is an understatement!!!!!!From the girls at reception to the girls in Service , the whole experience was totally painless and I would go as far as to say a very pleasant experience whixh I was not expecting. I was eventually passed to Paul in the garage who went over and far far beyond what I was expecting from a customer service point of view. I was totally blown away with his customer focused approach and the back up was second to none. To say they have my custom from now on is saying a lot and even my wife is considering upgrading her car with Monasterevin Motors.I have to get a new vehicle inthe end and John in the sales department absolutely knocked it our of the park with a perfect commercial vehicle for me.I’ve been treated horrendously by other car companies over the years and wasn’t expecting anything special from this company but I was flabbergasted with this whole crew.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get either their vehicle fixed or a new vehicle on the road.Thanks Guys

Absolutely a great team of passionate, professional and kind individuals who make you not only feel very welcomed but very comfortable. The admin staff and the sales team were amazing to deal with joyful, helpful and very understanding. Recently i went to view a car but had in mind that if the car suited on that same day i would trade my car in and take the new one home, as unexpected as it was for them they handled the pressure well and completed the sale. I have had to go back to them regarding one or two things and they were very quick to help and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Monasterevin Motors.

The Monasterevin Motors team are top class. Friendly, helpful and extremely efficient . I have dealt with all their depts. and the quality of service is always excellent . John in sales, Kellie and Carol front of house, Dave in parts are all supported by amazing mechanics and technicians .

John O Rourke was professional and courteous, going above and beyond to source a car after my own was declared beyond economic repair after an accident, and also provided a courtesy car in the meantime.He also understood my financial constraints, and was very informative on explaining type of finance I was going for.He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the type of car in question,(changed to an automatic petrol hybrid to try to save on fuel costs ) and patiently took me for practice drives ..A couple of minor issues re paperwork were sorted out and I am now happily properly back on the road.A true gentleman, of which there are very few leftWould be very happy to recommend!

This place is great,Paul Condon was so extremely helpful and easy to work with,he gave me enough information prior to making a decision ,Gave me enough information on how to go about financing my car and their prices are reasonable,I recommend this place my experience with them was a 10/10ver professional

From the start of this whole process to the end. Getting my new car could not have been easier and I cannot recommend this garage enough. Really happy to recommend Monasterevin Motors based on a very positive experience in purchasing a used car. John O’Rourke was a very efficient and super friendly gentleman to deal with. Everything was straightforward from test drive, trade in and all the paperwork sorted. The staff on reception were efficient in person and on the other end of the phone and their attention to detail in after sales follow up was reassuring.
